There are many different ways to take elderberry syrup.

We always recommend taking your dose daily as an immune booster, not just during the cold and flu season but throughout the entire year!
Here’s what we recommend based on ages.
Ages one and two: take 1-2 tsp.
Ages three and up: take 1 Tbsp.
If you feel you’re getting sick, use our recommended intensive dosage.
Ages one and two: 2-4 tsp twice a day.
Ages three and up: 2-3 Tbsp twice daily.
